We understand that there are many things that come up in everyday lives. While we are sympathetic, the salon cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancelations.
We do not double book appointment times, but rather reserve specific times for each client giving you quality time with your stylist. So when you dont turn up to appointment times booked specifically for you it means someone else has missed out on that appointment which is not fair to us or, other clients.
So to protect you and other clients we have adopted the following salon polices which, we may use at our discreation & waive where we deem necessary.
All new clients are required to pay a deposit of $20 to secure their first appointment which, will be deducted from the overall appointment booked
All No-Show/ Cancelled appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked
All No- Show clients will be required to pay a deposit of 50% for all future appointments
All clients will be sent a confirmation text/ email (whichever you prefer) three days before their appointment. Failure to confirm within 48 hours will result in your appointment being cancelled.
We use & recommend professional products. We cannot guarantee lasting results unless, you are using the recommended home haircare purchased from Ombre' Hair Salon.
