Chrissy ~ Owner and Founder
Hey, I’m Chrissy! For the past 10 years, I’ve poured my heart into creating beautiful hair and building meaningful relationships with my clients at Ombré. With more than 17 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, I’m passionate about delivering quality service and helping every client feel confident, refreshed, and truly looked after.
When you visit the salon, I want you to feel completely at ease. Relax in our calming space with free WiFi, an espresso coffee, the latest magazines, and plenty of great conversation while you enjoy a little time to yourself.
I’m also passionate about helping you maintain your hair between appointments. I’ll equip you with the tools, tips, and knowledge you need to recreate your style at home and can recommend a personalised hair care routine tailored to your individual needs.
I proudly use and recommend Keune, one of the world's leading professional hair care brands. Their beautiful range of products can be customised to suit your hair and fit seamlessly into your daily routine, with options to suit every budget.
Kiera ~ Apprentice Hairdresser
Kiera is currently in her first year of her hairdressing apprenticeship and is excited to be following in her mum's footsteps in an industry she has always admired.
Working alongside her mum every day, she is developing her skills, building her confidence, and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the salon environment.
Kiera loves the creativity that hairdressing offers and enjoys helping clients feel their very best. One of her favourite parts of the job is meeting new people, building connections, and learning something new every day.
With excellent retail knowledge, Kiera is passionate about recommending the right products to help clients maintain healthy, beautiful hair between salon visits.
Her favourite services are creating vibrant colour transformations and beautiful blow waves, where she can showcase both her creativity and attention to detail.

OMBRÉ HAIR SALON POLICIES
I understand that there are many things that come up in everyday lives. While I am sympathetic, the salon cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations.
To ensure quality service and individual attention, I don’t double book appointment times. Each client’s time is specifically reserved. When appointments are missed without notice, it means someone else misses out on that slot, which is unfair to both me and other clients.
To protect you and others, I’ve implemented the following salon policies, which I may apply at my discretion and waive where I deem necessary:
All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their appointment, deducted from the overall service at the appointment’s end.
No-shows or cancellations outside a 48-hour notice period will result in the loss of your deposit.
A fee of 100% of your service will be charged for no-show, late cancelations, and late arrivals of 20mins.
A late service change (eg dropping colour for just a cut) will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of that service.
All clients will receive a confirmation text and email 48 hours before their appointment.
We use and recommend professional products. To guarantee lasting results, it’s essential to use the recommended home hair care purchased from Ombre’ Hair Salon.
